I did key.matches("command") so it acts as if the command is regex, it should be the other way around. Also I forgot to replace an equalsIgnoreCase w/ a few things. I don't test my shit a lot so pls report bugs kthx

Added "GlobalAllowed" to the config file. It must be there and must be a list. To make it empty, just make it have "[]" as args instead of point list (?). GlobalAllowed: - "msg" - "pm" - "w" or GlobalAllowed: [] or GlobalAllowed: ["msg", "pm", "w"]

I did '.equalsIgnoreCase()' which means if you do the command '/ncp sadhksa hdjkaskasjdashd' it'll bypass lmfao so I fixed that.

It now supports randomization in messages! Instead of having just a string ex: Config: "String" you can have a list of strings! Ex: Config: - "a" - "list - "of Strings!"
