Chickens Chat - A Chat Plugin Allows SlowChat, Supports Plac

WARING: You need Vault for this plugin for Prefix to work with your Permission Plugin.

NOTE: I stopped working on this plugin to focus to another plugin I am making. Also, This Plugin ONLY works on windows due to how I made the config.
THIS PLUGIN IS VERY POOR

You can edit the chat in the config.yml
You do not have to reload the server to change the chat
Supports Color Codes in Chat!
Allows you to enable SlowChat, And Also, AntiSpam.
