Chickens Chat - A Chat Plugin Allows SlowChat, Supports Plac

Added a way to bypass the prefix and chat Handler for Vault and works without it! There might be a errors but it should still work without it, and will be fixed in another version, which might be in a few minutes xD

PlaceholderAPI! 2) Fixed a bug where when nicked then you type in chat, it would create a error because it's trying to find that name in your permissions plugin but cannot. If you use PlaceHolderAPI and you use it and get a error make sure that variable you put in the chat in config.yml is installed with /papi ecloud or /papi icloud

Added a way to disable colorcodes, if you want. please delete config.yml if you update.

1) BetterNick API Support, @NDSDNS requested this feature. Please Make sure to delete your config.yml file and enable "EnableBetterNick" in the config. After, it's enabled you don't have to change the player valuable %player%, it's fine. It changes when it is nicked.
