This small update is a hotfix for our server management system. We invite you to install the update as soon as you can to avoid annoying errors and warnings in your log. NOTE : We now support 1.12.2 both client and servers. NOTE : Our infrastructure has been entirely redesigned with powerful new SSD drives. We hope you will enjoy it! We are preparing us to release CraftSearch 5 around next year. Therefore we made some compatibility adjustments, and some bug fixes. But most importantly, we now have a brand new domain name ! After almost one year of hard work, we have finally done incredible things. For this update, it's all going to be from the backend, and it is going to hit a lot of servers. Let us explain you why. 1- PremiumGuard. One of the most important feature here. As you can tell from it's name, that technology allows you to join as a premium server! It is finally out! To activate it, you need to setup a BungeeCord and disable the online-mode, enabling instead the IP Forward option in your BungeeCord, the BungeeCord mode in your Spigot and the PremiumGuard setting in your CraftSearch configuration file. Please check on the Internet how to setup a BungeeCord before complaining. 2- Friends&Follow. It is finally out, you will be able to play in a group! 3- Logs. We will now help you to configure your server with intuitive messages in your logs when something is wrong. They will be super helpful to setup our new PremiumGuard technology . 4- Twitter. OK that one is a small one, we actually changed our Twitter accounts. International account for news and support : @CraftSearchMC. Public log activity : @CraftSearchLogs. 5- CraftSearch. OK that one is a giant one. We are planing to upgrade the platform of CraftSearch with a partnership with MCG Multimedia. With this kind of partnership, CraftSearch will receive a giant boost. Expect the service to be much faster and more responsive than before. The server will still be in France, no worries with that. We will soon announce some other good and bad news, and inform you about that transition. Please follow @CraftSearchMC to keep informed. About CraftSearch 5, we have some plans but don't expect an update that fast. If we do everything we discussed about CraftSearch 5, it is more likely that it will be released around the year 2018. We have got some great news for this update. CraftSearch 3 is officially out. Here are the key features : · We will now control every transaction made from a server to a player to prevent fraud. A dedicated module has been developped for this : PointGuard. · Our API opens its doors even further to you, developers. From now, a plugin can change the name or/and description of your server ! For example, if a game is running on your server, you can inform everyone about it. WARNING : You will be able to change your name and description only once every 3 seconds (no dynamic refresh support). Learn more about it on https://www.craftsearch.eu/API (IV) · Are you a big network ? Click-To-Connect 3 is really powerful, indeed, but there were still a problem with it. How could you transfer a player from a server to another wihout going back to the lobby of CraftSearch ? It was not possible, until now. We are proudly introducing ConnectSwitcher ! This module part of our API allows you, in your server menu for example, to directly transfer a CraftSearch player to the server you want (on condition it is also registered on CraftSearch), using a single add-on line ! ConnectSwitcher is also compatible with our Friends&Follow option coming a little bit later on our platform. CraftSearch 4 will include a must-have feature that has been a lot requested, since the first beta of CraftSearch 1. And it's going to be dynamic. Deal with it. This is a big update that opens our API for the first time. Now, if you want to give the winner of your games some CraftSearch points, you can do it with a single line : CraftSearch.getInstance().getPlayer(uuid).addPoints(1); (assuming you have set CraftSearch as a dependency in your plugin.yml) If the player isn't registered on CraftSearch yet, he will get a notification inviting him to do so, and once he got registered, he will automatically get his points added on his account on his next login to your server. This update is minor, but really important. Firstly, we fixed all the refreshes failures. That means that if you have a connection problem and want to join back into CraftSearch, it will be done automatically, without restarting your server. Then, we now have a more stable network, so requests will be sent every 30 seconds to check if your server data is up to date. Also please note that since that update, we will no longer support Minecraft 1.5.x and 1.6.x clients.
