[DISCONTINUED] ThugMCBanks

This plugin allows players to deposit money in banks. What can you do?
You as the owner can configure the interest rates for each individual players, setup the banks locations (the bank commands only work in the banks, if you want it to work everywhere just set the xyz coordinates to your world borders), change the balance that each player has in the bank and change the timer of the interest rates (works in minutes).

Commands:
/deposit <amount>
/withdraw <amount>
(both commands can only be done when in the bank)
/banks definebank (Creates a new bank Permission node is: tmcbanks.definenewbank & requires world edit)
/banks reload (Reloads config, Permission node is: tmcbanks.reloadconfig )
/banks setTimer <NewTimer> (Sets the interest rate timer, Permission node is: tmcbanks.changetimer)
/banks playerInterestRate [set|add] <Player> <InterestRateInPercent (e.g 100 means no interest rate 110 means 10 % increase 90 means 10% decrease)> ( adds to/sets the players interest rate, Permission nodes are: tmcbanks.modifyplayerinterestrate.set, tmcbanks.modifyplayerinterestrate.add, tmcbanks.modifyplayerinterestrate.*)
/banks help (no permission node, shows all banks ... commands)
/banks newbanker (Permission node: tmcbanks.addbanker, creates a banker (must have citizens installed))

ATM Machines:
Allows players to build ATM machines to access their banks from abroad:

The ATM machine has to be built using a quartz stairs, a block of quartz beneath it, and an item frame on the back of the quartz stairs, they can be built next to each other! To access the ATM interface, simply right-click the item frame and poof:

it will appear. Currently, the three options are to deposit money into the bank (Banner), withdraw money from the bank (Gold ingot) and check the player's balance (book). Upon selection the user has the choice to input a custom amount to withdraw/deposit or simply click the 4 squares on the right to add different amounts, or the 4 squares on the left to remove certain amounts, both GUIs look the same other than the text on the top and the name of some of the items.

Balance simply shows the balance if the player hovers over the book and quill and if he presses the glass pane it brings him back to the ATM main menu:

LATEST UPDATE:
- Implemented Bank Robbing (Can be enabled or disabled) if the player doesn't have the tmcbanks.rob he cannot begin the robbery.
- Create a sign with the word ThugMCBanksRob, if the player right-clicks it the robbery begins and he has to stay inside the bank for a duration of time, until the robbery finishes. (Only works if the player has the
tmcbanks.create.robsign permission node.)
This plugin is not yet finished, in the next version, we will add a command to edit the interest rate for individual players (allowing vote rewards or different ranks to have different interest rates). We will add two commands, /banks addInterest <player> <percentage (e.g 10 which is a 10% increase)> and /banks setInterest <player> <percentage (e.g 10 which sets it to 10% increase)>
