[DISCONTINUED] ThugMCBanks

The 1.14 update for ThugMCBanks has now come out! Please let me know if you guys have any ideas on how I could add to this plugin as I am out of ideas for this plugin too!

Sorry for the long wait on the update of this plugin, here are the plugin notes: - Bug Fixes, - Implemented Bank Robbing (Can be enabled or disabled) if the player doesn't have the tmcbanks.rob he cannot begin the robbery. - Create a sign with the word ThugMCBanksRob, if the player right-clicks it the robbery begins and he has to stay inside the bank for a duration of time, until the robbery finishes. (Only works if the player has the tmcbanks.create.robsign permission node.)

Now, if one has the citizens plugin installed, with the newest command, /banks addbanker, one can create a banker that upon right-click acts like an ATM machine. Permission node for this command is: tmcbanks.addbanker Also added a help screen with the /banks help command or any /banks other than the actual commands. Added a back button for the inventory gui of the atm machines and the banker. Fixed some bugs.

Added the following commands and permissions: /banks setTimer <NewTimer> (Permission node is: tmcbanks.changetimer) /banks playerInterestRate [set|add] <Player> <InterestRateInPercent (e.g 100 means no interest rate 110 means 10 % increase 90 means 10% decrease)> (Permission nodes are: tmcbanks.modifyplayerinterestrate.set, tmcbanks.modifyplayerinterestrate.add, tmcbanks.modifyplayerinterestrate.*) Once again please report any bugs
