Elytra mode

/elytra map_only_op <true/false> to enable disable non-ops from creating elytra maps. - Possibly fixed an issue where offhand was duplicated. However, i don't believe this issue to ever be there. Notice that the offhand will be duplicated into the inventory, but will be removed when exiting elytra mode, so no worries if you suddenly have two of the offhand items, it should be removed as soon as you as you exit the mode. The offhand item will be unequipped when exiting the mode, so it will have to be equipped after.
