HoodCraft - Intelligent Turrets, Bedrock Mining, and More

Added target velocity tracking to predict where the target will be after a while. This is used to adjust the turrets aim along the XZ plane. The Y coordinate is calculated assuming the target will remain standing still. The direction is rotated to align with the predicted new target's displacement projected onto the XZ plane. IE, keeping y co-ord fixed and rotating left/right based on where the target is predicted to be after the same time it would take for the arrow to have hit him if he were standing still.3

Improved parabolic collision detection accuracy.

Turrets now have parabolic raytracing which allows them to aim intelligently. They take air and water resistance into account as well as gravity. Also added a turrets-see-all config option to allow turrets to try to kill things hiding behind walls by firing over it. This is set to false by default as turrets should really only be shooting targets they can see.

I have added a config file with options to enable/disable several things as well as change certain aspects of the turrets.
