Permission:
⋆ ogparticle.menu - permission for opening main GUI menu
⋆ ogparticle.all - permission for everything (wings and halos)
⋆ ogparticle.wings.all - permission for every wings
⋆ ogparticle.halos.all - permission for every halos
⋆ ogparticle.rings.all - permission for every rings
⋆ There are permissions separated for everyone type of wings and halos:
⋆ ogparticle.wings.type1 , ogparticle.wings.type2 ... => ogparticle.wings.type9
