OG particles [ GUI │ Wings │ Halos ]

Thanks for 95 downloading you are awesome In this update are 2 changes: ⋆ added permissions for using wings and halos. You can see them in overview There are in options so you can see them in file too and you can change them ⋆ fixed problem, when you selected the last particle for wings or for halos and when you clicked on the green wool, it doesn´t selected the first particle (redstone) and you had to close the menu and repeat the action. One more time thank you everyone for downloading and if you have some ideas on particles just PM me
