Fake weather and time based on WorldGuard regions

  1. 1.3latestTime TransitionJan 8, 2018
With this update, a new flag becomes available for region with a time flag set: timetransition Using this flag, the time will not be set instantly for any player entering the region, but will rather have a smooth transition with a set speed. Example: /rg flag MyTimeRegion1 timetransition 20 This will make the region have a transition, always adding 20 time per tick until the specified time in the time flag is reached. So: Higher numbers give higher speed. If you set zero to the transition time, it will be treated as 1. This flag will only do something if a time flag is set for this region.
  2. 1.2Fake time!Jan 7, 2018
To use this flag, you need ProtocolLib. A new flag has joined the group: time You can now set the time of a certain region to your desires with this flag. Sun or moon does not move in these areas, time is fix as if you would set the gamerule doDaylightCycle to false. Usage: for e.g. sunrise: /rg flag myTimeRegion1 time 0 for e.g. midnight: /rg flag myMidnightRegion1 time 18000

Tweaked the performance by not permanently updating a player's weather. This update should have no impact on functionality.

  4. 1.1SNOW! Change SKIES!Dec 3, 2017
With this update, a new weather flag joined the group: · SNOW You can now let it snow (..let it snow, let it snow!) by setting the weather flag of any region to SNOW. No need to change biomes! BUT: It may conflict with some vanishing plugins (not tested). As Chunk data needs to be resent, players in these chunks despawn and need to be manually respawned to be seen once again. It is better to change the biome directly than using this flag! Also new: A totally new flag! The "SKY" flag! You can change the sky color with this flag. Inspired by TheKraken7's SkyChanger you can make some funky skies. This flag uses decimal digits. For example: /region flag MyExampleRegion2 sky 2.5 You should avoid numbers greater than 5 as this can cause the client to crash because it cannot keep up. Any number above 3.4028236E38 (taken from SkyChanger documentation) is OK and does not cause lag. Negative digits lesser than 1 should also be avoided as there is no observable change. Any digit below -3.4028236E38 is OK and does not cause lag. For this flag, there are the same problems as for the SNOW flag.
