Description
This plugin allows you to set up a completely custom Citizens NPC that'll randomly spawn on a specific location. The NPC will have CitizensCMD commands already set to be interacted with. Can be set to have a specific chance of spawning.

Dependencies
This plugin requires CitizensCMD (version 2.3.2+) and Citizens .

Commands & Permissions
/tc id - Sets existing NPC to spawn - travelingcitizens.id
/tc set - Sets the location where the NPC will spawn - travelingcitizens.set
/tc reload - Reloads the config - travelingcitizens.reload
