NPC counter no longer increases with every spawn, no longer removes and adds new NPC. Already existing NPCs can now be used with "/tc id" by selecting an existing NPC first. ( @superzyr) This will remove the current NPC, so caution using it. You can now also select the NPC type when creating a new one from the config. Performance improvements.
